About 4,700 residents live in this 15,000-acre community, which includes two recreation centers, two championship 18-hole golf courses, a full-service marina, more than 100 social clubs and seven lakes. All lakes are stocked with catfish, black and largemouth bass, crappie and other species native to the area.
