St. Bernards Medical Center serves residents of Jonesboro and the surrounding northeast Arkansas community. The hospital opened a new Chest Pain Center in February 2001 adjacent to its emergency room. The 55Plus program offers seniors a comprehensive package of health-related services, activities and discounts. Other services include DayPlace, a long-term daytime care service for senior adults.
